Tharcys participou do Jogos Universitários Brasileiro-Jubs e conquistou 4 medalhas de ouro, batendo recorde em duas provas nessa competição(100livre e 50 borboleta). E no último final de semana Tharcys participou do ParaJaps(Jogos paradesportivos do Paraná) conquistando 4 ouros e batendo recorde nos 100 metros livre. #tharcysgatinho#water

Adam has suffered from a Rotator Cuff Tendonitis injury and had to take 8 days rest at the time . Going back to basics!! Trapped nerve in my neck. I love how swimming is low impact so I’ll keep doing that and Pilates, I love it! No weights for a while yet, that should have been today!!! Hallenbad... heute war ich im Stadtbad Völklingen und hab eine Stunde intensiv an meiner (noch)grauenhaften Kraultechnik gearbeitet... und ich bin mit dem erzielten Fortschritt sehr zufrieden 🤙🏻/ 🇬🇧 Indoor swimming pool ...... today I was in the "Stadtbad Völklingen" and spent an hour working intensively on my gruesome crawler technique ... and I am very satisfied with the progress I have made 🤙🏻
The other day we went to one of the 7 wonders on the modern world. Chichen-itza!! We clapped by the stairs to get the weird bird noise from the top and learnt about how the Mayan people built it so twice a year it would look like the snake on the stairs was slithering down! 🤓 . . . @sampeers.morris #chichenitza#mayan
Back in the pool to knock off another 2 miles for @thetrimafia challenge for the year. That means 15 swim miles left in 2018 😩☠️ I can do it! I did one of the “force” workouts in this book, so it was about 2000 yards of pull and my shoulders are FEELING it! I love how powerful my stroke feels though after using paddles, and my 100s for speed we’re in the low 1:30s, so I totally believe they help! #trimafia#challenge
