If you do one thing today // You’ve probably heard that your hip flexors are things on your body that are tight and you should pay attention to them... but what are they actually? And why/how should you stretch them? With some advice from @raymurse_yoga I think I might have tight #hipflexors and #psoas so I'm trying to and with this exercise 😁✌ If anybody has any advice on how I can stretch and strengthen my psoas that would be helpful I am going to do some research as well but anything will help . . . .
