Went and got weigh last night and put a pound on and took me out of target, I know why I put on. So went to straight to gym after group and when I got home I had sw steak and onion pie with wedges . This week aim is to get back into target and starting yogo at the gym tomorrow to 😊. Throwback ⏮ Thursday- August 2017 holiday in Malta 🇲🇹!! I was 3 months into my @slimmingworld journey & I was 1 stone and 1lb down, I felt great (at the time) I look at that think WOW - JEEZ! I was big. I’d like to think “without sounding bigheaded” I look a lot better/different now...!! I still have my curves: Boobs, Bum, Thighs BUT I’m a little bit smaller now! 🙌 I want to still have my curves, which I will do as I will never get rid of them. They are apart of me & they will never go!! ...
Not wanting to miss out on the #10yearchallenge or #throwbackthursday for inspiration I’ve really felt inspired by all your pictures and decided to share my own. I’ve never had this much confidence, I’m more happy with my body now and despite now being in my late 30s (how did THAT happen??!! 😱) I feel fitter and stronger than ever.

BREAKFAST: I measured my HEA today... I am still laughing. You’re telling me I could have had my weetabix and 2 lots of coffee? And all that cheese was ok because I definitely only had like a quarter of my HEA Daily intake allowance? So I've not been 100% on plan this week, more like 85% we're on holiday this week and it's tough being at home. But I have managed to lose 4 1/4lbs in my first weekly weigh so I'm pleased with that. Thursday and it's weigh day! I am going to face the Scales at group tonight. It is 3 weeks since I've been and to be honest I have probably been on plan properly 60% of the time.🙈 I am a Huge emotional eater and when times get tough I reach for the chocolates and biscuits. Woke up late - frantic rush ... thank goodness for my batch cooking managed to pull together an on plan breakfast and lunch in 15 minutes, straighten my hair and cook a sweet potato! Breakfast is readybrek with chocolate powder and raspberries (1 syn for choc powder) Lunch is leftover Irish stew, sweet potato & salad with yoghurt (1) & fruit and a hifi bar (3) Now on the train having my my morning coffee. Good morning! Today is weigh day 😬 I joined last Thursday but was away from Friday - Sunday (and ate shit the whole time). So as I didn’t start until Monday I’m not expecting much of a difference. Today for breakfast a bacon sandwich using x3 bacon medallions 🥓 x2 slices of 400g hovis (hex b), butter (2) & mayo (1). Then for snack I have a baked oats muffin (1.5), chicken slices & carrots. #slimmingworld#sw
Beef stew cooked on high in slow cooker yesterday for 5 hours. Stew beef with fat trimmed, onions tomatoes carrots, potatoes, celery, garlic, stock pot, thyme, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp cornflower to thicken. Served with speedy steamed veg on the side. Lunch was free masala chicken, rice and green beans. Breakfast was coffee and snacks were Hi-Fi bars and more coffee .
