Working the Press on this Sunday morning! Top set of 166 X 5. My goal on this exercise is to be able to press my own body weight or more. Been taking it slow as I’ve been rehabbing a shoulder injury for the past few months. Slowly but surely getting there though, just gotta keep grinding.
