My grandma’s scrap yarn afghan, the only project she had going at the time of her death that I felt I could take over & finish. My grandma was like a mother to me, losing her was the hardest thing I had been through. I taught her how to knit at her request when I was just a little girl after my other grandma showed me how. My grandma learned & then became full blown addicted to knitting, designing an entire yarn/knitting room lined with IKEA shelves & organizers filled to the brim with yarn, patterns, books, & needles galore. ...
