This won't be everyone's cup of tea but I kinda like it. I shot this at f2.8 and focused on the carpet of moss on the stone wall making the background fall out of focus. It was taken not to long ago on a frosty morning in Colne, Lancashire. . . . . . . . . . #igerslancashire#seelancashire
The promised newest tiny landscape ⛰️ Folks, this one was a challenge. The perspective is quite a bender and there was plenty of detail to capture. Consequently, all my knife marks are the same size which reduces some of the contrast I normally strive for. That being said, the subtlety of this one is quite soothing too. Thoughts? #tinyart#tinylandscape
“The moving finger writes, and having writ, moves on. Nor all thy piety nor wit shall lure it back to cancel half a line; nor all thy tears wash out a word of it.” - Omar Khayyám . . Every run a brand new experience. Every step forward, an intentional one.
The Heathcote River looked like a lake this morning - the water was so high it was coming across the street in some places and the ducks were swimming merrily where in the verges 🦆 #hightide#tidalriver

Tongaporutu Reflections. The massive puddles around the 3 sisters at low tide are amazing. Some of them not very big but quite deep other like small swimming pools. They made for some amazing reflective photos. #photography#fujifilm
“Low Tide At Saint Heliers Bay”, 40” x 40” oil on linen. Saint Heliers is my new backyard:). I love this beach and being a part of this lovely community:) This scene depicts the golden cliff and reflections at low tide. I love the red and green seaweed as well as the clouds reflected in the tide pools. #saintheliers#sainthelier
I’ve been a writer pretty much since I first began to string letters together.. At first it was my escape, merely for my sanity… looking within. • Then, my creative expression… and it was always a healing balm that released me. • But only when I began writing about the lives of others did I truly realise what a blessing it actually is... this skill that I call my profession! • ❤️ #storyteller#senttojourney
I don't know about you but I feel like I'm still dipping my toes in the water for 2019. ⚡ In December I definitely let the holidays be the holidays and instead of going completely all in in January... ⚡ I'm taking the time to list out my goals and ideas to set me up for the year. This is the first time I'm really writing it out so I feel as though January is the "set yourself up month" & in February we GO ALL IN! ⚡ Who's with me 🙋 . . . . . . #reflections ...
While the whole world was sooo anxious to catch you in your rare superbloody costume, 2 days ago...i fell in love with you the day before, i caught you nakedly shining your light on top of this building, while some windows underneath show the reflections of the colourful sunset behind me...how lucky am i to have you both in one shot 😍🌝🌚🍀 #moon#sun
So, it’s back to school in a week. A year after my second concussion. It’s been quite the fucking year. I was hoping I would be in a treatment plan as I was shortly after my concussion last year but as life goes, things got complicated with insurance and medication was stopped abruptly. Since then, it’s been a roller coaster. Feeling everything to feeling nothing at all. Feeling like I will conquer the world and am bigger than this to feeling like what’s the point. Am I drowning or floating blissfully? I keep getting asked how I feel about school ...
