Reverse diet - 7 weeks post show 6 lbs up ⬆️ Calories increased to 3,000 Strength has increased massively 😍 squat is back up to 100kg X 7 Deadlift 110kg X 10 And just about managing to press 24kg dumbbells again 💪❤️ Training has been switched up towards a more strength focused program.
