#throwback to fun times in the sun. I remember when SG told me he wanted a fitness themed shoot, I was a bit apprehensive because I had no experience. Then he told me, "Don't worry la bro. I trust you." What ended up happening was just them doing what they love, and I was just there to document their love for fitness and each other. Such a privilege (': I guess the point of this story is to just trust yourself. Of course that's not to say be swelled up with your own ego. But self confidence is ...

I like watching the strange things people do when they are out and about. This was a shot of a couple doing their own little photoshoot in the middle of a crowd gathered together under the 1000 lanterns installation @vividsydney 2018. Fujifilm XT-2 + XF 16-55 f2.8 #sunrisesunset#sunrise_sunset

According to the Aborginals Cosmology, the dark spots through the trail of the milkyway up in the deep dark sky is from an Emu banished from earth. It is explained through the following story, "A blind man lived with his wife in the bush. Every day he told his wife to go out and hunt for emu eggs for him to eat. Even though his wife tried hard to please her husband, he was always angry with her, telling her that the eggs were too small. One day while she was out hunting, she came across some very large ...

‘Weeping widow’ • “When she finally came to from the ill news delivered from the soliders, grief overwhelmed her thoughts threatening to break her entire existence... but she had to keep it together for the little one growing inside of her. Gone without knowing he was to be a father soon, the widow weeps for her husband for leaving too early, for her child who will never experience the love of a father and once more for herself as her whole world shatters, waiting to be rebuilt.” • • I got really inspired after seeing that raindrop in the second ...
#loveisafourleggedword Walking around #albertparklake I’m being reminded of how much joy I get taking photos of animals. It’s always about being at the right spot at the right time and be camera ready to seize the moment with steady hands. It’s not rocket science and everyone can do it, but, if you really LOVE what you do, somehow the end results tend to speak for themselves.
Welcome to Trial harbour on the west coast of Tasmania. Population 18 habitants. On the 400km of coast there are only 7 village this size. The rest is rocks and wilderness. Here you can walk 1 month following the coast without seeing a house, no kidding
It was such a busy sunset down at the Harbour today. There was so much going on at once with storms rolling through, cruise ships departing Circular Quay and a nice little light show to finish. _______________________________________________________ Canon 5D MkIV + EF 16-35mm f/4 L USM | NiSi Natural Night Filter
This is a beautiful shot from my super talented friend @puanindya, taken 2.5 years ago! This crazy thing called Instagram was the start of our friendship, as has been the case with countless others. So, shoutout to all the peeps I've met through here, and thanks for continuing to inspire me every time I open this app. Tag another creative who inspires you; I'd love to check them out. 🌊 (And okay, I just saw @garyvee speak in person so this is 100% an inspired post. 😌)
Dunk Island, QLD, Australia ______________________________________ I felt like when I visited the Cassowary Coast -even after a long weekend traveling around ticking things off my list - I left having more things on my list than when I started 😂 . I just hope we get weather like this again when we head back! (I still need to see a Cassowary after all!) ______________________________________ #tropicalmissionbeach#missionbeach
~ Hey everyone, it’s Amber from @summerofseventyfive back with more of our takeover this week! We’ve been exploring here for the last month, and now we’re taking you to the heart of the Kimberley, the iconic Gibb River Road 🧡 ~ Heading into this part of the Kimberley is like leaving the world behind and stepping into an untamed ancient wilderness. We were lost in its rugged beauty, but it’s here in the vastness we also found ourselves. Places like this leave a lasting impression, and we came out the other side a little different to how we went in. ...
“You have to understand your own personal DNA. Don't do things because I do them or Steve Jobs or Mark Cuban tried it. You need to know your personal brand and stay true to it”. Gary Vaynerchuk - Feeling particularly inspired after witnessing Gary’s awesomeness this afternoon at the Brisbane Convention Centre. #garyvee
The last time I went 4WDing we got so bogged it took hours to get out! Still loads of fun! Loved watching everyone out and about on the beach from above. Anyone else like 4WDing? Where’s your go to place?😃 . . . . . #seeaustralia#australiagram
When a random find along your hike becomes the highlight of the entire thing 🤸🏼♀️😂 . We smashed a 12km hike in the early morning of a 40°C day. The hike description talked of walking through a gorge to find a "permanent pool" at the end. It was an awesome walk through the Bungle Bungles, don't get us wrong! But turns out that even some permanent pools become non-existent at the end of dry season 🏜 So no water, just a hell of a lot of sweat 😅
