Working in Lerwick today, and had a fast walk along the sea front this morning to get my steps in! I am taking part in #walktherock#bigteamchallenge logging you steps via my teams can have up to five people and this year 183 teams are taking part 😊 it's a six week challenge and we are walking virtually from Barcelona to Rome!! Our team is in 37th place at the moment

Mornings are my favourite time of the day. There’s something about early mornings that a few extra hours of sleep can’t compete with. I consider it a new beginning, a new start & with a new day comes new strength and new thoughts and of course a new cup of coffee ☕️

Day ☝️ in the books! I love starting new programs, especially when they take you outside of your comfort zone. I have worked out with weights for the last year so only using a step is a little bit different for me. I am a little unsure how I feel about this, but @shaunt helped me start my fitness journey 3 years ago so I am 100% trusting the process!
