Ready to ferment! Today Ted and I rinsed the cabbages, prepped veg and sauce, slathered the two together and then wrapped and packed the large pieces into my kimchi pot. Looking forward to watching the fermentation progress over the next few days. #kimchi#homemade

I just cooked and korean tofu/ beef & kimchi jjigae stew and served fried fish fillets, Japchae & roasted veggies for dinner at home while it was very cold outside. My bro, friends and I always love this food! #koreancuisine#homemade
