My first leopard sighting ever. Pretty unreal scenary with the flowers infront. Again this picture was taken in 2016 at Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. This little girl lived next to a road in the south-african section of the park. Pretty obvious that she was to small and to weak to get a better hunting area. So I got her infront of the camera while she was hunting some ducks. #namibia#southafrica

Kgalagadi 2018 This was a few hours before the most impressive storm I’ve ever seen came crashing down on the desert. Lightning was striking so often that I just had to wait for the next bolt and hit the shutter at the right time. I got a few of these shots, but eventually broke it off because, well, they all look the same. 😄 . . . . . . . #kalahari#kgalagadi

Kgalagadi 2018 I dropped a piece of spinach while making a salad at Polentswa, in the middle of nowhere. It must have been the most nutritious meal this four-striped grass mouse had all year. ☺️ I still feel bad about it, though. Feeding wildlife in a protected area - whether it’s intentional or not - always has an adverse effect. . . . . . . . #kalahari#kgalagadi

That look you give when seeing a big cat in the Nossob riverbed, stop and reverse 50m, and then only realize it is a border beacon. Can you relate? 📸: @sharingwildlife ・・・ Tag us @kgalagadi_sightings and #kgalagadi_sightings to be featured ・・・ #kgalagadi
The most photographed tree in the #kgalagaditransfrontierpark. This regal acacia tree supports four separate Sociable Weavers' nests. These unique birds live in huge flocks in huge nests, mainly out in the Kalahari. #sociableweaver
Up up and away over the dunes... . ...2 ostriches in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park hopping a dune with a stormy sky in the backdrop. It had drizzled all night in the Kalahari, a soaking rain which will seep deep into the red sands. Just wait a few days and thousands of flowers will cover the sea of sand dunes. I only have my imagination to picture the blossoming scenario as I’m already gone by than and on my way to new adventures... . #ostrich#desert ...
