Sometimes we don’t have enough hours in the day to complete everything we hope too. Yesterday I skipped the gym because ya know LIFE, so I doubled up today, did my shoulders and cardio this morning and went back tonight to hit hamstring focus and plyos. So, as some of you may know, i turned forty last month. After over seven years in pain, i finally got a diagnosis of #fibromyalgia last year. I am almost always in constant pain of some kind. This year i decided to say screw fibromyalgia. I'm going to get in shape and be healthy despite it! So i picked March 4th as my start date since that was 3 years of no smoking.
