Hidden throughout all the world's seas are delicate nudibranchs (aka sea slugs) like the flabellina pictured here. These gorgeous creatures are barely an inch long and lives for up to one year - if it's lucky. But in that short time, these tiny slugs make an impact on the oceans by eating decomposing plants. This nudibranch is just another animal doing its part to keep the oceans clean and healthy! ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ #nudibranch#seaslug

Torpedo Point (Night Dive) Flabellina macassarana nudibranch. I was pretty impressed to come across this little one. I just love the flabellina nudibranchs and this one with its simple but well defined orange rings on its cerata really stand out. #komodo#indonesia @divinedivingkomodo
