Today was an awesome treat going for lunch at @oeb_breakfastyeg for the second time! This was the Confit De Canard Breakfast Poutine. Poached Eggs, Sous Vide Duck Confit, Lingonberry Jam, American Asiago, and Brown Butter Hollandaise! This was REALLY nice! The Fries themselves were so crispy, nicely seasoned, and held up well under the Hollandaise Sauce and the Egg! The Brown Butter Hollandaise was unreal in terms of its rich creaminess, and the soft poached eggs really added to this! Panang curry duck and Tom Yum soup from Ayada which is a Thai restaurant in Woodside, Queens. Incredible meal, instantly one of my super eats spots in New York. The tom yum soup looks bland in the picture but wow did it pack quite a bit of flavor. It was zesty and spicy, very sharp soup flavor, was not expecting that when I tried it.
