Finally got back to doing some actual cooking! A dinner with Indonesian flavours 🇮🇩. Crab cake with crab chutney, grilled baby gem and chilli sauce. Twice cooked pork belly, roasted pineapple, pineapple salsa and satay sauce (chilli garlic greens and rice not pictured).
