Another round of 'Keep it simple, keep it real'. Today is #fastfoodday, so I decided to make some really fast food: a soba noodle bowl with miso glazed bok choy and mushroom based steamed pork. A toasted sesame oil drizzle here, a black sesame sprinkle there, some green onion, done. It took me like eight minutes to make it, and for me that's superfast. And I think that's not how you're supposed to serve soba, but who am I to give a flying onion about what I'm supposed to do with my food 😆 .. .. #dinner ...
