Today was a good gym day! I started a running program in hopes of working up to a 10k. Back in the day I was queen of the 5k- except I could never make it through without wanting to cry because it was SO hard on my body and I had multiple issues with it. Well thanks to my sleeve and my weight loss I haven’t been experiencing the issues. Miren esta mezcla de verduras congeladas que encontré de La huerta, lo que me gusta es que entre sus ingredientes solo vienen verduras, hay otras mezclas que contienen aceite y glutamato monosódico, definitivamente no son buena opción, leer las etiquetas a veces hace la diferencia 🔎⚠️😊
🥞HOT CAKES DE CAMOTE, ahora siii, la receta como para 2 personas: En la licuadora 200 g de camote cocido + 1/2 T de avena + 2 huevos + splenda al gusto + leche al gusto (vela agregando poco a poco hasta que tenga buena consistencia) Y a la sartén de Teflon 🥞 yo le pongo sustituto de miel maple sin azúcar y con un cafecito 🤤 si no te gusta el camote puedes sustituirlo por plátano 🍌
¡Que nunca falte en tu día una buena porción de verduras!🍃 Normalmente les digo que si van a abusar de algo, que sea de las verduras, así que tengo que aclarar que la papa, elote y camote no son verduras👀 igual puedes comerlos sea cual sea tu objetivo pero no hay que tratarlos como si fueran verduras 😊 bonito lunes 🍁
