At 5"7 My muscle mass is 44.2 % my water is 49.5% my body fat is 22.7% my bone mass is 9.5% my weight is 151 pounds and my total body mass is 23.8% I'm working on some here...i'm okay but I'm not done yet! #allcalisthenics#noweights I eat what I want 💪 this is not seasonal it's a way of life...I can't wait for the summer 🌞😁👍 lol

I got my body to the point where it burns 1,556 calories a day with out me even exercising my muscle mass burns that daily on its own! Yes muscle burns calories with you working out ..so even when I cheat my body burns that off immediately!..👍 I'm right where I wanna be! #onpoint not done yet tho!
