Just been photographing this little guy in my garden - one dog either side of me - both so interested in my camera and why I’m lying on the floor that neither of them noticed the frog 🐸 🐕 🙄 #macro#macrophotography
Two Pygmy seahorses both holding onto the same nub of coral. The one on the right looks to be a pregnant male and possibly his babies mama on the left. These little creatures are each probably 5-7mm in size.... and just so darn cute! Apparently they’re vicious hunters though. #pygmyseahorse#macrophotography
Costasiella. The tiniest of the nudibranchs. Nicknamed “Shawn the sheep” from its head on look of a sheep type appearance. These things are about the size of short grain rice. But so cute! (This is two of em) #costasiella#underwaterphotography
I had a sweet little trespasser on my wall when I got home today, instead of smashing her or hitting her with the Raid I scooped her up and she graced me with a beautiful photo session in the sun. It's interesting to spend 10 minutes with an 8 eyed jumping creature I used to would've killed with no second thoughts... I'm gonna call it personal growth and a new found sense of compassion for the spiders. Hope you enjoy the image

This photo does not represent the scale of this massively detailed work of art necklace. Total length is about 16”. The large circular pendant is about 5” in diameter. Each detail is painstakingly cut and molded by hand and then attached. I nearly died imagining the intensive labor of love that she pours into each of her pieces. She is based out of Chapel Hill and sells her work online. Check her out in person if at all ...
