"Leifeng Pagoda 雷峰塔" 😊 The beautiful Leifeng Pagoda is located south of the Westlake 西湖 in Hangzhou 杭州. It was originally built in 975, but had to be rebuilt as it had collapsed in 1924. The reason behind this tragic event? People believed that the bricks of the pagoda could repel illness, so they gradually disappeared! 😑 The Zhejiang Provincial Museum has two rooms dedicated to the history and the archeological discoveries around the pagoda. It is worth visiting!
Now that I have safely arrived in sunny Singapore, I would like to thanks my brothers and sisters from Hangzhou whom had taken well care of me during my one week stay in beautiful Hangzhou. They are, from left to right; 李鑫艳，赖远路，吴岱章，白鸽，曹然 and finally 高尚. And huge thanks to 岱章 whom always pop by to ensure tip-top cleanliness! Great memories with all of you! #nex#wanderlust
