Had some fun today with my worst movement, The #splitjerk. Literally didn’t even think I would be able to move my shoulders today to hit my percentages. Just focused on warming up, starting and applying some good old fashion grit. 20 min later PR of 325lbs. Lifts shown are 245, 305, 315, 325, 335 miss. #nevergiveup
