Introducing our Head Chef, Rob! #teambys Rob has been with us since December and moved into the Head Chef position in February. Born in the UK, he has most recently been working in the Victorian ski fields; he has now moved to the Mornington Peninsula to work on his tan! Rob’s tip, “For the perfect roast leg of pork, salt the skin for 24 hours prior to cooking, this will help take all the moisture out to get the crackling skin”.
