I think you can tell who is running this show. You wouldn’t guess by the photos that this was a ski trip! I totally got my puppy fix on this low-budget adventure to White Pass. Thanks @jenihh and @greennecks for sharing the love! ❤️
@cabinafflicted - A visit to Mt. Rainier may be rainy, but a stay in Ryan’s A-frame cabin is the perfect way to experience the Pacific Northwest. Crack open one of the cabin’s many hiking books and explore nearby Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Afterwards, don't overlook the opportunity to soak in the cedar hot tub with the sounds of the Cowlitz River in the background.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Photo: @john.c.clarke - @airbnb Follow @cabinafflicted for more daily Cabin content ⛰️🏡🏔️ ____________________________ Want to be featured? 💯I woke up thinking of this place, wondering if I visited it last night in a dream. I only had my phone when I visited a few years back and am so happy I didn’t spend my time trying to get all the different shots. There’s a river out back, Forest all around, and the sort of sounds you just want t wash all over you. Couldn’t have loved smelling a wood fire anymore, can’t wait til the next one. 🌲 @littleowlcabin in Washington state. 📷 @lady_bro ✅ Like and tag your buddies :) . . . . . . ...
My darling dearest wonderful friend Nataly sent me some photos this morning from this past summer in Washington. Myself and three other women took a few days to hide ourselves away in a cabin in the woods, having amazing conversations about life, beliefs, relationships, and how to love ourselves deeper (and eat way too much cheese). I had been thinking about attending this retreat for a while and finally committed to go, for myself, because I knew it was something I needed during a difficult, confusing, and transitionary time in my life. I knew I needed to take deep breaths—breathe ...
Last weekend was the yearly visit to Packwood. Saturday started great with a good start and getting into the lead halfway through the first lap. I was feeling great and tried to put the hammer down but that didn't work out and I faded hard. Battled around 4th and 6th and ended up cruising into 5th at the end. The sprint enduro went much better. Being a little under the weather all weekend, the breaks between each lap helped a ton and I was loving the extra moisture we'd got over night. Fast consistent laps were enough to take home ...
Out of the six consecutive days we rode, this was the only one we were able to catch a view of mountains. Hiroshi was the Honda CRF450L&X Vice Large Project Leader. I took him and Johnny Campbell out that morning, and we were lucky enough to catch this epic view of Mt Adams. . #dualsport#mtadams
Day 135/Mile 2300. It’s so often that things don’t go according to plan, but somehow always end up just fine in the end. We had to take a knee-shatteringly steep detour around the Miriam fire closure and do a long road walk into town, but the alternate also led us through some beautiful cedar forest to what was probably the nicest campsite of the summer. #pct2018
You’re looking at my most recent image from my new(ish) @djiglobal drone. The river flowing from the foreground is the Cowlitz River and it’ flowing toward the light in this frame. You’re looking south, toward the town of Packwood. If you’re heading up for the holidays- I’ll see you up there. I’ll likely be hunkered at @packwoodbrewingco or skiing up at @whitepass . Hope to see some of you up there! Happy Sunday and Go Hawks! -dz
