fake news cuz I’m home in sweatpants and a hoodie. I haven’t been to the gym since Sunday. I had a sharp pain on my side Monday/Tuesday and have had a fever and chills Tuesday into today. Taking a few days to give my body a rest. Hoping to get back in the gym tomorrow but I may wait until Friday if I’m feeling 100%🙌🏼 we shall see!

Sometimes life gets hard. I haven’t been to the gym in the past 2 months, I completely forgot the reason why I LOVED working out so much, to help me feel great not just physically but mentally. I lost all my motivation for a bit, but I’m back!! And here to stay.

One of the best decision I’ve made this year is choosing to workout during my lunch hour. It started as a suggestion from @rhiannonalyssa because I couldn’t seem to find a time of day that would allow me to be consistent in my workouts. But now it’s turned in to so much more. It acts as a sort of reset for me. I get in, work half a day exhausting my brain. Go workout for an hour. Then come back to the office feeling new and fresh to finish my day strong.
