We went for a sunrise boat ride with this man and his monkey while learning about the various religious sites along the way and documenting what we saw. In the evening we walked along the Ganges river- visiting with the locals and experiencing their rich culture. Sometimes the things you see here aren’t pleasant and can catch you off guard, however I believe they can be documented tastefully and in an artistic way.
After exploring all day with our new local friends, they took us to this magic spot for sunset. We had no idea landscapes like this were hiding just outside of Udaipur. India is full of surprises. Shot on the Canon 5Dmk4 with a 14mm lens.
Istanbul is split in half between Europe and Asia. One of my friends who lives there commutes from Asia to Europe to get to work! . I’m off to India tomorrow- super excited for my next personal projects while I’m there! Stay tuned ✌🏼
Essaouira was one of my favourite cities in Morocco. The people, markets, Medina, and atmosphere take you back in time. I recommend getting up for sunrise and exploring the fish market 🙌🏼 Shot on the Canon 5Dmk4 with a 24-70mm lens
One of my favorite things about traveling is experiencing different cultures from all over the world. It’s often the religious festivals and historical monuments that bring so much diversity to the photographs I take. Sometimes it’s just the most beautiful moments in nature that I find inspiring. I’m stoked to watch Morgan Freeman’s show on National Geographic that premiers on Tuesday March 5th at 9/8c. @natgeochannel #storyofgod, #ad
I find Japan to be the perfect mix of city and nature. Japan has one of the most fascinating cultures that I’ve had the chance to experience and think that’s why it’s one of my favourite places I’ve ever been.
I’m super excited to be heading back to Bali in a few days. I can’t wait for the next set of adventures and projects I’ve been working on. What’s your favourite portrait lens? I’m looking to get a new one...
Our brief time in Cape Town included diving with Great White sharks, driving through perfect white sand dunes, volunteering at a cheetah rehabilitation centre, and flying helicopters around the cape. I’m currently trying to head back to South Africa in the next few months for more incredible adventures.
These are some shots from one of the most life changing trips I’ve been on through the Peruvian Andes. The photos are a mix of the Ancascocha trek, and our sunrise expedition to Rainbow Mountain. With @samkolder @jbxcreative
At the end of last year, I went on a trip with @samsungmobile to try out the camera on their new Galaxy S10 phone. We went exploring through Spain and Portugal. The phone has 5 cameras. I mostly used the wide angle lens which has a ~14mm equivalent- ideal for landscapes. #withgalaxy#galaxys10
PHILIPPINES VLOG IS OUT NOW! Link in bio. Travelling is about the unexpected interactions. Observing how others live, and diving right in. You will be overwhelmed with kindness if you go into each new situation with a clear head, smile on your face and an open mind. I hope you enjoy the first vlog :)
Morning light at Brandywine Falls. It’s always fun finding the time to go adventuring while I’m home (instead of editing). Vancouver is filled with beautiful spots like this, and that’s why I love coming back.
