Partner practice is amazing in so many ways. I love that it allows us to deepen each other’s poses. With her feet on my chest, @naamaste_rn got my back to bend deeper than I could have on my own. Sunday Core, Spine and Shoulders. . . For my friends who are starting their yoga journey: 📸videotape yourself when you practice postures (Matt has been videographer several times now and will occasionally attempt a move of his own). Doing this will help improve your practice by allowing you to view and track your own progress. I have grown my flow by watching countless IG home flow posts. -make a playlist of all songs that get you in the mood to flow.
