Stiff deadlifts I usually do my quads one day with hamstrings and other day I do gluteus and hamstrings I put a rest like three day between of them the hamstrings and gluteus when I do stiff deadlifts allow me to get bigger legs the can load more mass when I’m doing back and squat #love#instagood

I do shoulder rear delts on machine press that give more stability for my back keep the tension on shoulder without any support it helps your muscle to get more blood and in safety way ,that I’m not going to move my back that prevent my shoulder from injury 🔥train smart and see what’s good and working for you because we are not same genetics 🧬 #love#instagood
