Not gonna lie, I haven’t been inspired with weightlifting lately because it’s just not exciting for me anymore. I feel like I show up to each training day trying to give 100% and leaving feeling like I only gave 10%. It almost feels like I’m forced to show up, and I’d rather cheer everyone else on.
